Those NHS cards are missing the word “substantive”, which in NHS (& maybe public sector) speak means permanent, not:

4. Of or relating to the essence or substance; essential: substantive information.
5. Having a solid basis; firm.
6. Grammar Expressing or designating existence; for example, the verb to be.
7. Grammar Designating a noun or noun equivalent.
Insert anything from 60mph & roadbike, to 6ft drops & downhill bike. Presumably said by someone who@s yet to figure out that bikes aren’t skill compensation.

I have no knowledge of this subject except for a low C at O level/GCSE, but here’s my opinion, and I refuse to believe anything anyone else says, no matter how much smarter they are then me.
