Staged

On iPlayer.
Sheen and Tennant (in that order, of course!) being Sheen and Tennant.
It’s perfect.
Posted 7 months agoSaw it last night, I’d rather be Sheen!
Posted 7 months agoWHO THE **** IS MICHAEL SHEEN?
Posted 7 months agoIt’s got some great lines. And if it was put together in 8 weeks from an idea to a Finnished film it’s impressive.

“Is that you on that cup”Isn’t he Emilio Estevez’s dad?
Not seen it yet, on series record though…
Posted 7 months agoyes, very good.
Posted 7 months agoSam. He’s an intimidating person.
Posted 7 months agoJust watched it after crashing out after yesterday’s ride. Nice delight to start the day with. Never knew it existed until I just read this.

Anyway the birds are outside calling, so time to rig a camera or two…Doing two episodes a day, one of the best things we’ve seen during this ‘break’.
Posted 7 months agoTechnology is fantastic when it works isn’t it?! Sat on the sofa and read this, held the little voice button down on sky remote, said “Staged” and now 15 minutes later I’ve watched episode 1! 😊
Thanks for the recommendation. Absolutely tremendous stuff!
Posted 7 months agoJust finished it.
My one word review – MORE!
My goodness that was excellent. Just excellent television. To have pulled that together in the time, and given the circs, is quite something.
Outstanding.
Posted 7 months agoNot watched this yet but they were a very good pairing in Good Omens
Posted 7 months agoGOOD NEWS!

Ramon Estevez?
Posted 2 months agoOooo, season 1 is now on Netflix. Excellent…
Saw a couple episodes on YouTube, definitely looking forward to finishing the season 🤪
Posted 2 months agoBinge watched the whole lot while drilling Wheat, I found it very entertaining.
Posted 2 months agoExcellent, I loved the first lot.
Posted 2 months agoS1 was great, Dame Judy Dench had me in tears, proper scene stealing.
Posted 2 months ago“I’m Judi Dench”. Brilliant.
Posted 2 months agoS1 was brilliant, binge watched that and then gradually went back and watch it a second time.
Dame Judy Dench had me in tears, proper scene stealing.
The way it circled back to the same joke from Ep1 was very well done. 🙂

Posted 2 weeks ago^^wot e sed!^^
Posted 2 weeks agoIsn’t he Emilio Estevez’s dad?
I’ve been trying to contact him to ask.
Does anyone have his Emailio Addresstevez?
Posted 2 weeks agoAlso, I didn’t know about this. Will search it out next time I’m telly-ing.
Posted 2 weeks agoThe trailer for tonight shows huge promise….🤣
Posted 2 weeks agoSublime.
Posted 2 weeks agoLoved tonight’s episode. Palin played it perfectly. Although Samuel L Jackson episode remains my favourite. Quality TV!
Posted 2 weeks agoTonight’s was a master stroke.
Posted 1 week agoHaven’t seen tonight’s episode but I really hope we see a pilot for the US adaption.
Posted 1 week agoiPlayer appears to have them all…watched 3 and liked them. Rest of series 2 will be watched tonight.
Posted 1 week agoSeven of diamonds.
Posted 1 week agoI’m not as much of a fan of the second series to be honest. The first one felt very real with everyone playing themselves; this one has gone down a bit of a rabbit hole of what is real, what is acted and having some people playing themselves and some cast as “others” (like Whoopi Goldberg as “Mary”).
It’s definitely got some very clever and funny moments but it almost feels like it’s tried to be too clever with too many in-jokes and too many cameos. The Jim Parsons one was good though.
Posted 1 week agoJust started this last night. Marvellous. Thanks!
Posted 1 week agoPalin was brilliant, hilarious episode. If anyone wants another similarly chaotic quality laugh it’s worth looking up the ‘One man two guvnors’ performance with James Corden.
Posted 1 week agoMy head did start to hurt when I tried to work out what was real. Series 1 was framed as seeing the calls between Tennant and Sheen whilst starting in a play. Series 2 admits that was all scripted and *this* is the real discussion. What happens in series 3?!
Basically, Stageception.
Posted 1 week agoSix of diamonds Harry, you were close.
Posted 1 week agoCaught it last night accidently for the first time.
Still laughing about the ‘name that card’.
Brilliant now on catch up via i-player.Plus I don’t feel so bad about not having a haircut for nearly a year.
Posted 1 week agoWatched the second series in about two goes, loved it.
Posted 5 days agoWill third series be a sequel to them candidly zooming about the American remake of the scripted show that is framed as candid zooming organising a play that wasn’t happening?
