Does anyone have a Sram 00.5318.015.000 lying around?

    It looks like this…

I can’t find one in stock in the UK and the LBS can’t find it on the B2B. If anyone has one lying around I’ll give you some beer tokens and pay postage for it.

It comes as a part of the full rebuild kit but I don’t need that, the levers are practically brand new. I also want to switch to metal pistons so don’t want to pay for plastic ones.

The reason for asking is that the bite point adjuster wheels on my Code RSC have been locked solid the whole time I’ve had them. They’ve never moved and I’d like to fix it.

You have given them a wee squirt of gt85 and used some needle-nosed pliers to move the dial, yeah? Did you give the lever a wee pull – not enough to pull the brake but enough to allow less pressure on the dial?

Aye. Got one here. I’d like it back though please afterwards just in case.

Head over there and send me a message with address. I’ll get it to you for tomorrow.
