  • SRAM Attack shifter and SRAM/Shimano derailleurs.
  • I bought a pair of SRAM Attack twist shifters for Mrs MTQG’s bike.
The bike wasn’t here at the time and I thought it had Shimano derailleurs.
I’ve just gone to fit them and found it’s got a SRAM X0 on the back.

I’m pretty sure I know what the answer’s going to be, but can someone tell me if they will work ?

It’s not too much of a loss if they won’t. She’s using my old 26er hardtail, which has got Shimano derailleurs, so I can put them on there. It just means I can’t sort out her full sus today.

Attack are The same actuation ratio as Shimano so they won’t work with X0.

    he’s right, you know 🙁

    OK thanks.
When it said “Compatibility:Shimano® rear derailleurs, SRAM or Shimano® front derailleurs” I thought it was clear, but you never know, it’s always worth asking.

It does work, but……………you miss loads of cogs out. I battled with x-4 and an attack shifter for a few weeks until I had time to pull an xt one of a frame in the shed.
