Don’t cyclocrossers know that you can get helmets with peaks attached to them these days? Silly buggers. 😆

A peak won’t keep your head warm or (conversely) soak up any sweat though Dez 🙂

Nor does it comply with the “Rules” 😉

ha ha – its a 301 with the 160mm plates on the rear, set relatively slack and my fat ass on it – making it look incredibly slack – perfect for a very hot day in the Peaks 🙂

nbt, is it worth taking kiddie-winkies there? It looks fun but it’s a good hour or more to drive there. Just lining up rainy day summer holiday activities for the kids

i sneaked off to the bathroom last night to tend to my facial garden and decided i’d keep the tache…had to do some intricate trimming to get it to the shape i was happy with…Mrs G saw my handiwork and didnt say anything…

We went upto the Velodrome last night and hora jnr rode the outdoor BMX/pumptrack. He fell off numerous times but wouldn’t stop (not even to go to the toilet and pee’d himself/still carried on) FFS 😀

hora – he’s very cute, however there is a bit of a ‘Euro Gap’ going on helmet wise
