Are they any good? Does the composite centre section help at all? What's the wear rate like? should i get a set of these of stick with some deore ones or a mixture?

I replaced mine when they wore out with middleburn why buy anything else?

The composite section just makes them lighter – there's no functional difference.

Wear seems good – certainly better than previous aluminium cheese chainrings.
