I'm already thinking about upgrades. I just put on narrow wide, shorter stem and bars and dropper.
The forks are xc 32, which weigh a ton, do should I buy 100 or 120mm forks?

Ive got a 2014 629, 760mm bars, 55mm stem and reverb, best fitting bike i think ive owned, changed out xc32's with 120mm 2016 rebas and it hasnt balls up the handling at all imo, need to slide down the nose of saddle a bit more for really steep climbs but that was to be expected!
If i remember rightly the xc32's were 2.1 kg when i removed them and weighed so a bit of weight to be saved there mate.
