Eyemouth is really improving its game. Lots of harbour development and improvements. Significant incoming investment from offshore wind industry so things will only get better as well.

I’ve always considered that houses with next to no facilities around them but next to a main road are literally the last place I’d ever want to live.

And while is a pleasant little village, if you live away from the A7 (and does have a railway station), it requires a minimum of a 10 mile trip to get a proverbial pint of milk once past 5pm.

Nice quiet roads and some decent XC riding straight from the door though.
