I’m looking to replace the hinges and either reinforce or replace the shed doors.
I can’t see the point doing it much more than the walls and they are just T&G you can punch through with 9mm OSB on the inside… (maybe just remove the cross braces and stick some 9mm sheet material?)

The current doors are a bit split/cracked from blowing against the external hinges… but perfectly save-able.

Then I guess no point doing that without a lock…

Any ideas or what have others used?

I don’t think there is much point in making the door stronger than the frame/walls so 9mm sheet sounds good.
I’d say your biggest issue is going to be the lock, i can’t see you have any other option than a hasp/padlock but make sure you use dome bolts not screws with a backing plate (something like 3mm aluminium). I’d do something similar with the hinges.
All you can really do is make it time consuming for someone to break into.

I just used Tee Hinges with a few coach bolts, like this:

My door was starting to get a little old so I reinforced around the lock with a bit of plywood. Could put a full sheet on if you want a bit more strength

Yep, time consuming and noisy …

Ah, good points don’t kinow why I hadn’t thought of coach bolts…
I’d thought about some type internal hinge but like you say, no point going overboard .. the OSB on the walls is by far the biggest barrier … but it was a garden shed rather than bike shed when conceived…

Garden shed – so has it got windows? If so screw them shut and maybe fix a bar across the opening.
