Glad you like the Baxters, a handy hint is Lidl (or our local one at least) likes to bulk buy Baxter every couple of months and sell em for 1/3 less than the supermarkets. Just picked up the Victoria one to try, along with supplies of tomato & spicy fruit versions. Tried the caramelized onion and it’s just ok… I’ve had a better one but can’t remember the maker (might be country delight)

Balsamic vinegar on a salad sandwich- just a splash mind don’t overdo it and it must be the best quality

Oh yeah that’s one I use, balsamic vinegar with a sliced up onion left to pickle in if for a week or two…….

Salad sandwich as in meaning a filling eg Ham,prawns etc with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a splash of balsamic
