    Immediate really, given that some 80% of MP’s that are also landlords are Tory. Still, doesn’t make it right.

    What a surprise.

    There is a model they could follow .  Scotland tenancy law.  Its still too favourable to the landlord but its closer to a fair setup.  No real problems reported with it.
