  • Hi all currently waiting for my forks to arrive they are currently set @100mm Reba’s I want to remove travel spacer .can anyone advise me best way of doing this (first time) …..can I save oil or do I have to replace as they have just been serviced could do without new oil…thanks

I used this guide. REad it through so it makes sense, and then go for it. It’s a simple operation.

If you keep the lowers sideways and you’re careful, you can do it without losing the oil – that said, it’s worth drainign the oil and putting in fresh as it’s not uncommon for new forks to come without much oil in them

    Hi,

Are you sure that you can change the travel on these forks? I know you could do so by removing a spacer on previous models, but i think you need a “kit” to do it on more recent models. Which year and model you have?
