Any one using one? Any good?  Thinking of one for my Trig for when I can start riding again after collar bone break.

I’ve got a 90mm, a 80mm and just received one of the new length ones for review that will be launched later this month but not allowed to give details yet. See also the cane creek ee-silk which you can get with a lockout too

Both really work to take the buzz out of trail riding but don’t confuse them as “suspension”

I don’t really notice mine anymore but I’m pretty sure I’d miss it.

Bloody hell, they’re not actually going to eventually release the 60mm (or now 55mm and 70mm) stem they’ve been teasing me with for 2 years, are they?!?

FFS knew they’d bring out the bars and stem length I’d actually want after buying the kitchen sink and 80mm.

Get one. My wife has one on her gravel bike and really likes it. I’ll be shopping for one soon.

STOP! before you say “flex stem” I do know about those innovative stems that were about in the late 80s-early 90s and if I had a £ for every time someone mentions them when reading a review or looking at a picture of a modern suspension stem I would have enough cash to buy an original one!

We’ve got them on both our gravel bikes, and I’d not be without one on a rigid gravel bike now (demo’d three gravel bikes with normal stems recently and they felt brutally harsh through the bars).

My new suspension forked Cotic gravel bike is on its way, so I’ll be selling the 80mm Redshift off my old bike (still have box and all spare ‘springs’ for it). Just PM me if interested.

    I hope it’s a 30 degree 60mm. I’m having one if it’s happening.

Never got on with mine, could never find a middle ground between the harder elastomer combination which just sort of felt like an undamped jack-hammer in rebound, or softer elastomers where I felt distinctly disconnected from the front wheel on really lumpy/physical sort of singletrack stuff.

Only after selling it did I wonder if my saddle setup had me too ‘front heavy’ on the bars which might have been asking too much if the stem…
