Recommend me some Road Wheels

I’m Looking at upgrading the stock S-R2 wheels on my giant defy. I’m looking for a reasonably strong wheelset as I’m hoping to do a bit of touring and obviously a bit lighter would be nice.
I’m thinking about buying second hand for around £150 and was wondering what anyone has got for around this money.

strong, light, cheap, easy to service, and you can use ‘normal’ spokes if you’re ever stuck.

£100 for a pair, new.
