Mental health help within the NHS can be very hit and miss and a total minefield when you’re feeling bad. Please if you are struggling, know that admitting this to yourself and others is the first brave step to feeling better – find someone to help you navigate through the options available – the folks at MIND are wonderful and if you’re not up to talking face to face or on the phone, they do have online help (it can take a little while but they will answer).
