    I was pushing my bike along a path up on the Brecons and a National Trust panjandrum came running over and shouted at me that it wasn’t allowed. I pointed out that I was pushing my bike, not riding it but that didn’t placate him. I could see he was considering going for the wrestling option, so I told him to call the cops and walked on. True story.

    Farmers and land managers are going to have to do better as a group if they want more respect from those without land.

    PROW in Wales is way way worse than England in terms of obstructions per K and obstructive farmers. Powys is the worst County in Wales. I did their original stats survey 20 years ago and was thereafter banned [Shoot the Messenger].

    Lancashire don’t seem too bad. Stuff I report seems to get actioned in the main. Mainly duff Stiles though.
