Some people just burn the energy more than others.
I am one of those…if I eat loads, I get really hot…
There was an interesting programme ages ago about ‘thin face stuffers’ and they ate double the advised calories, and only put on a slight amount of weight.
Alas, the opposite can also be true..

There isn’t a lot of calories in a weetabix. About 50 IIRC. 9 lots of 50 is still only 450 which is less than one large starbucks mocha with cream.
