    Got a quote to send a frame fully insured – £30 BUT anyone got any trusted “Cheap” couriers they use or can recommend??

    I just sent a frame, sent it by parcelforce 48.. got their on time and in good condition, was just £10.99 for a 5kg parcel. Though that was NOT insured

    yeah the insurance is for £650 and im not taking the risk

    Most are coming in £30+

    I’ve used http://www.collectmyparcel.com to collect and deliver a frame. They use the big boys like DHL, but for a tiny fraction of the price.

    They are all pretty cheap for basic postage, but its the insurance that bumps it up. Try parcel2go.co.UK, they might have something.

    gooner: The Interlink guys IME dont carry a measuring tape – you arent taking the mickey they will collect it no issues at all. I’ve sent some proper big stuff recently. If they can carry it to the van they’re happy.

    Also – if I can find it – and anyone wants it – they have an advent calendar of discounts for December.

    Direct courier solutions on eBay. Under 30quid to send a demo 8 insured up to 1000. No issues other than waiting in for TNT to pick up.
