Sent Lum’s trial light back to him on Thursday recorded delivery (1st class) and put a “from” address in case it got lost.
The package was delivered the next day – back to me! My recorded delivery slip has the CORRECT address and postcode on it.

At the same time I got a package from Lum – my own new light. Signed for it and gave the loan light package back to the postie to be redelivered. He looked embarrassed and said he’d sort it.

It’s now telling me my package has been delivered (from Truro office so clearly the one I got sent back to me) and it hasn’t. Got both tracking numbers and slightly concerned.

Anyone know what the score is?

Not impressed with their utter stupidity.

When I put a from address on a packet I just write “From” then postcode/number, e.g. “From AB12 1AB / 35” to avoid what just happened to you.

    I’ll do that next time…

But the tracking slip has the correct postcode and house number on it!
