Any current deals or promo’s etc for P&O?

I know its probably peak season so no real need for them to push for numbers but worth asking I guess.

    Best time to sale? Mondays?

Here’s a deal for you: pre-order £250 worth of booze from Calais Wine Superstore[/url]
and they’ll pay for the crossing for you.

    I got a car +2 for £49 last week
The only other offer I saw was more expensive by £20 but you got a £20 food voucher.
Sailing time didn’t seem to make much difference, I expect prices have gone up a bit this week and for the next few though

Been and back now, it was just a long weekend

August, there won’t be any deals really unless something mad happens like we have a heatwave here starting now and lasting till Sept.

Doubt you’ll find any voucher deals, but Topcashback or Quidco will get you 7-8% off Dover to Calais. Or the AA / RAC usually get 5% off if you are a member?

160 euros return so circa £120 return. not ‘too’ bad I guess.

Them big boat things cost a lot to buy and run Hora. This’ll be their busiest time of year – thats pretty good vfm TBH. We’re paying £80 return to the Isle of Wight!

PSA for those of you going over to Calais …..

if you’re using a diesel car or van, tank it at the Carrefour just down the road from the ferry – Avenue Georges Guynemer, Jct3 off the N216 heading towards the A26

Last week it was €1.24/Ltr so about a quid

just here – X marks the spot

Shudders at the memory of my Hull-Rotterdam trip.

A smoke-filled bar, bored as its still a long trip and a horrible cabin.

Since that I’d rather drive to Dover.

Always found Dover Dunkirk cheaper if you go at stupid o clock it can be pretty cheap. Also I always turn up early and as yet havent failed to get put on the next boat leaving, saved myself 4 hours last time I did it and no extera cost. Just smile and be nice to the people who give you the boarding stuff. Didnt work in Dunkirk so went and watched the Moto X and Quad boys practicing just down the road.
