I found a ‘knot’ in my calf right on the outside at the widest part. I’ve hurt mildly once or twice during running, but it was never particularly bad due to being on the edge where presumably the work is being done. Couldn’t stretch it out either.
Now there’s what feels like a knot there, and a bit of a niggle.
Should I find a masseuse? Or can I knead it out of existence myself?
