So…after seeing lots of people say to buy the wrong side and mount it underneath the bars I did and now I am struggling to get everything to fit nicely.

I have XT M775 brakes, XT shifters (9 speed) and a LH reverb fitted to the right. I wish RS would have just made the remote universal sided (and less expensive!).

Now seriously considering either making my own shifter mounts to attach them to my brake clamp or my own electronic shifting module as I realised how much cleaner my bike looks without bulky shifters (actually really fancy this option but just need to find a tiny stepper controller module).
