Should it be extended or retracted?

    dunno

don’t send it via royal mail though if it’s pressurised/able

I let the pressure out and retract, but usually because my reverb is leaking and I can’t find a box of the right size!

TFTuned normally return it in the right sized box, pressurised and extended (thanks!).

What’s the score with Royal Mail?

Hmm, how very concerning, I’ve just sent my reverb off to TF today via Royal Mail with the air still in it, half extended, swathed In bubble wrap in a parcel bag. With the remote attached I’m sure it must look very suspicious on a X-ray if RM do such things! How do RM identify things as dangerous or prohibited goods? I told the guy behind the counter it was bike parts when asked what was in the package and he was happy with that and didn’t provide any guidance on prohibited goods. Oh well, looks like a slightly nervous 24hrs to see if it gets there.

I don’t think they scan every parcel. I suspect the requirement to ask you is a RM arse covering exercise as much as anything else. My Lev arrived pressurised and retracted FWIW.
