Looking for better ways to share info about my ageing parents with siblings (one of which won’t join a WhatsApp group as doesn’t get on with other siblings).

Will be used by siblings for medical appointments and maybe some social stuff too. Parents have early dementia and won’t be able to use it.

    Any recommendations ?

Google calendar. Easy to share with others. Works across all your devices. Works seamlessly with Google contacts, maps, lists, mail etc.

Second Google calendar. We use it and it’s simple to share.

Google Calendar. But if you have issues creating a Google account Time Tree is good.

    TimeTree

Can easily sync with other accounts (Apple, Outlook, Google) if you want as well.

    Again, Google Calendar.

I tried every solution on the market several years ago.  The only one which worked with absolutely everything including iDevices was Google.

As daft as is sounds I arrange child care days and hospital appointments on a shared excel calendar ony one drive.
Has worked the past 4 yrs apart from when the ex printed the online document out and it changed?

Google. The only bug bear with it is that if you want to use colour coded categories, you need to remember what light green is for as you can’t rename it to Dad’s GP appointments.

We keep a year planner in a spreadsheet in Google docs.  Really like being able to zoom out and see chunks of, or the whole year for planning holidays, work trips etc. would be useful if you wanted to make sure you weren’t all on hols at the same time.

It’s just a spreadsheet, so it doesn’t do reminders, but you can colour code to your heart’s delight, keep a link on your phone, copy chunks to a new sheet for holiday itineraries.

Another vote for Google Calendar. Me and Mrs JeffL use it to plan. Had a few too many instances of “don’t you remember me saying I was doing …” at the same time as the other a few years back.

Now if it’s not in the calendar it’s not happening.
