Well I think they are fantastic. Having done/used some microscopy in a previous life maybe I have an appreciation. Or maybe I'm a tiny bit interested in lots of things so can appreciate the different.

Had to click on Confocal miscroscopy link. Shouldn't have needed to – I did a project and wrote a report on surface analysis technologies and their application to the ceramics industry in the 90's.
