    Hello,

When I ride I get pain on my right side of my foot after about an hour. It feels like I’m putting all my pressure on that side.

Can I do something to stop this? I’ve tried new shoes but the pain is still there.

More info: Road 105 pedals with New yellow cleats. Old shoes were Shimano SPD SL and new are £100 Mavic shoes which fit much better.

    Any ideas appreciated.

Whats your cleat positioning like? I get foot ache when I have it too far forward. Since moving them all the way back (SPDs) I find it much more comfortable.

Try moving your shoes further outboard and further back on your cleats.

It took me ages to get mine sorted. Really painfull.
