    Dunno if it's because we have been without heat for 3 days. But the Vaillant boiler we've just had fitted has made the house feel cosier than it's ever done in the last 25 + years !!!
    Just thought i'd share that !

    you can take the extra jumper and down jacket off now.

    nope. it's because it's about 6 degrees warmer today than it has been since about September 8)
