A friend has the [url=
]tubular fells map on the wall and my dad I think has the [url=
]Fir Tree Aerial Map on his wall.
Are there any other interesting paper (flat and frameable) maps of the Lakes out there?
I'd love one of my own but would hate to copy either of them.
I've got the BMC Harvey one of the Lakes on my office wall, and in my bag and one on my bookshelf at home and loads of the specific Harvey and OS ones all over the place 😀
I love the Lakes and maps!
My mates scout unit are clearing old maps out, aiming to raise some funds on ebay I think. Today he brought in a 1948 OS map of the Lakes printed on some sort of cloth (I think), would look nice framed.
Email in profile if you want me to pass it on to him.
These guys do one with all the Wainwrights on that you can tick off as you do them??>>

Not exactly a map of the Lakes but there's a tube style one of cumbrian breweries.

And a pubs one:
I quite fancy wallpapering a wall at home with the Lakes National Park 1:50,000 OS maps. Would
Ike to use 1:25,000 but haven't got the wall space. Problem is no one makes OS map wall paper. Will likely have to use actual maps, but will need to speak to a friendly decorator to get tips on how best to paste to the wall.
