Impressive as always, looks like the weight of the ebike makes some of that stuff harder.

That was my thought as well. Compare it to the Mongoose days where everything seemed to flow, this felt a lot more wheels on ground type stuff but I guess thats to be expected when you’ve got 60lb of motor and battery sucking you to the floor…

I hope he managed to get a decent waterproof coating over the electrics. Otherwise, a great video, I prefer his videos to the likes of Danny and Fab – not really sure why as all 3 are absolutely brilliant – but Chris’s seem to be more relatable i.e. I’m not going to be riding any of that or try and of the stuff he does, but it seems to just be out for a mtb ride and riding whatever is there.

Agree that the extra weight will make something harder, but surely the extra power makes some things easier/more achievable as well??

How, how he pulls off some of those moves. It’s laws of physics bending stuff.

Love his videos but just feel the ebike spoils them. He’s awesome without the ebike and just his own power.

That slide/wheelie across the rock/behind the tree was worth the ticket alone 🙂

Was the bit with all the logs Parkwood at Tong?

Looks like it along with the waterfall/ rocksteps.

The rock slabs bit appears to be Cowm too.

Its does say it was inspired by hard enduro so no surprise there.

looks like the weight of the ebike makes some of that stuff harder.

You’d be mind blown if you saw what some folks can do on a 100+ KG bike on that terrain.

Bryceland and Akrigg – and a dose of serious respect towards each other. Also shows how impressive Akrigg is on some of these moves.
