Our beloved pug died about this time last year – heart attack aged 13 – but we’d held off getting another dog until we got settled into our house. But yesterday our new addition joined: meet Dillon!

Apparently he’s a pug cross, but I’m seeing more border terrier, a bit of griffon, and possibly something a bit bigger. He’s a lovely wee boy, incredibly good natured, already getting over his nervousness but a little anxious when one of us leaves the room

I had so much hope that NDD stood for this…

Dillon defo has some border in him (or possibly his mother did 🤣)

He’s smashing, I’m sure he’ll be very happy in his new home. Looks like he’s already made himself comfortable.

I’m not sure that dog toy is age appropriate for the young chap!

Thanks everyone! We’ve just got back from a trip to the pet shop for a new harness, some treats and a new chew toy and he’s knackered. Sleeping under my chair, farting quietly; and all seems right with the world again…

9 months old, and already starting to settle, feel more confident trotting off around the house etc!
