    Yep if you don’t need high current. I have a cheap one from Maplin.

    I’d like a wheeling machine (English Wheel)with lots of wheel profiles
    A TIG welder and a gas set (more for the gas axe than anything)
    A box folder
    A parts washer
    Spot welder (for the times that a MIG plug just doesn’t do it)
    Plenty of planishing hammers and stakes
    Huge air chambered compressor
    Low bake oven
    In fact a trolley dash HERE or HERE would be a good start…………

    the good thing with those little dc power supplies is they are great for anodising stuff 🙂

    Workshop still under construction (am lining it with 25mm celotex and OSB board at the moment) however, when its finished i’ll be collecting the following from my Dads –

    Floor-standing Meddings Pillar drill
    Myford wood turning lathe
    Startrite bandsaw
    metal work bench with a couple of monster Record vices
    Bambi silent compressor
    SIP MMA welder

    + tonnes of other stuff as he is downsizing and giving up his workshop.

    I want mine insulated with the same insulation they use in the TARDIS.

    (moving into a new shed on Friday and boy it looks cramped. No space for ornamental ladies
