    So once I have made my home video, and put music to it, then upload it to FB to share amungst my frieds who were on the ride, the video gets rejected for copywrite reasons…

    yet I see lots of videos with “proper music” on them (as opposed to the free royalty free stuff i can find on the internet that sounds like lift music).

    How is this achived? I cant belive that all these videos have gone through the hassel of getting a licence to use the music?

    am I missing something!?

    You could try uploading the video to Youtube.
    Youtube have a licensing agreement with most of the big record labels, so most songs will be identified and allowed.
