Recently my sister foolishly gave my two youngest some dinosaurs toys for Christmas. After telling her to get out of my house I burnt the dinosaurs. My children were delighted because they know that dinosaurs are evil. I am fortunate that my family has been very supportive, and has disowned my children’s former aunt.
😆
That is quality and dedicated trolling of the highest order. Some big hitters of this parish need to watch and learn.
I can’t decide if this video is a troll or a genuine member of CAD

Either way it’s funny.
Edit has to be a troll
What I find I interested is that the jokers here are Irish/English, the ones that really believe in the lack of dinosaurs are American and the ones saying all this is rubbish are a mix of English mums and Americans with no sense of humour.
Which suggest that some of you are already in there… 😆
well, given it turns out that Dippy the Dinosaur is being removed from the lobby of the natural history museum after being exposed as a fake, perhaps they are on to something?
As JHJ would say…I’m not saying it’s true, but it makes you think!

First I’ve heard that it’s a fake, it’s not real (it’s a cast) if that’s what you meant? But that’s hardly news.
First thing I did as soon as I saw the link. It seems to be full of obvious trolls. Shall have to see if I can be a little more subtle. There goes another few hours of my life…
They let me in, so they’ll probably let anybody in. Spamming my newsfeed, so I’ll probably get bored soon, but for the time being it’s fun trolling all the new mumsnet members being very serious about the existence of dinosaurs – surprised how few people are playing that game.

In my book, it’s ok to teach dinosaurs in school, but it needs to be balanced with equal emphasis on other creatures. I would love my children to learn about unicorns, for example, or centaurs, or even sabre-toothed tigers, but, no, it’s always the **** dinosaurs.
I know we live in a country that embraces dinosaurism and holds it close to our hearts, but if we don’t open our hearts to other creatures, mythical or otherwise, then, frankly, our future looks bleak.
