So been on a wee tour of France these last few days. Flew into Geneva hire a car then headed south. Few days in Annecy, then Arles and Finally a few days on the south coast.
A few observations –
1. French roads are very very good. From the peages to the local back roads, it was nice not having to avoid potholes everywhere.
2. French drivers are morons.
3. If you can avoid the peages it’s worth the extra time to take in the countryside.
4. Patisseries make me fat.
5. The french know how to do coffee.
6. There are very few electric cars. Most still drive 10yr plus shit boxes.

8. Seeing folk riding their bikes in this weather makes me very envious of them.
9. The tour has started too. You can tell a Frenchman won the first stage.
10. I love it here. Vive Le France. 🤣
