Molly, it was done several times once a week over a period of a six months on one of those cheapo devices which is held out in front with both hands and thumbs on top. The result was as low as twelve once and as high as seventeen on one occasion but this was just after I’d eaten a bowl of pasta ? mostly it read between 13-14… and I agree I doubt it’s very accurate, if anything is BS it’s the device not me but the point I’m making is that you don’t need as low a body fat count as many people make out to have visible stomach muscles. Mine have always been visible ever since I was a kid, it’ll be unusual for me when I can’t see them… and no I’m not malnourished as SBZ is also trying to make out ^^^up there^^.

There must be a question of fat distribution too, I’m at 16,3% body fat and can’t see my abs. 😥

    Trust you C_G!

Now I’ve met you in out there>> you know what I look like!
I am considerably leaner than I was for my last random semi-naked STW pic though 🙂

Somebody had to say it TSY! Feel free to post up a recent pic or, better still, include it in tomorrow’s Friday A & A. 8)

You take your fitness very seriously so … if you’ve got it, flaunt it!

    Just kidding. 😉

I find measuring my body lean much more uplifting. 2 degrees off vertical to the right facing north usually.

When I used to still do gymnastics, (in a club 3-4 2 hour sessions per week),by the time I was 15 I had a six pack. Some of the blokes at my club had pretty impressive six packs, and shoulders as well. I’ve never done a sit up in my life.

Edit: I used to be pretty self concious about it too.
