Mendip Riders – AONB Consultation

Anyone that rides the Mendips may find this interesting.

After a winter of fairly damaging 4×4 use and general degradation of trails in recent years, Mendip AONB Service is undertaking a rather small and not-very-well-publicised consultation exercise and have a questionnaire here:

I'd suggest that this is a good opportunity for local riders to be heard.

I think Blackdown and especially the Beacon Batch area is overused maybe those organizations that use it for commercial gain such as pony trekking schools and even fundraisers such as CLIC should contribute financially towards the upkeep of the trails?
