Low volume custom cycle tops – where?

Have any of you had custom cycle shirts made in low volume and high quality? If so can you recomend where to get this done and a rough cost?

Endura’s minimum is 8, I think.
Sussex Muddy @rse’s jerseys were very nicely done.

Orders for printed clothing should contain at least 15 items of clothing generated from one set of artwork. (not including accessories) Smaller orders of between 8 – 14 garments are available but carry a 20% surcharge.
