Saw mother unlawful last night (will ignore predictivetx) she has an ipad mini,is there a free letter writing ap? Then she wants to wireless print it,is this possible?

Not free (£6.99) but Apple’s Pages App would probably do the job.

ia writer, it doesn’t have the bells and whistles of pages, being a fairly straight forward text editor, but for writing letters it should be fine. It’s definitely cheaper than pages, possibly even free.

As for printing if she already has a wireless printer that is less than a couple of years old, then it may be AirPrint enabled, in which case she will be able to print from within ia writer or other apps that support it.

On the other hand if she has an older epson wireless printer then epson have an app that can be used to print but it doesn’t play nice with some apps, including ia writer.
