I can now see the floor, I have filled up two bike boxes with crap, found loads of ‘missing’ stuff and I polished all the surfaces with GT85 so now it smells proper again!

    yey!

Why aren’t the firebox thingy’s legs not directly on the ground? (Seeing as the ground is stone…)

    Definitely too tidy, too.

Why aren’t the firebox thingy’s legs not directly on the ground?

because its a portable stove only 500mm high and I have a bad back.

only tidy because it was just finished. It is now taking its first tentative steps towards a more “teenager bedroom bombsite” state of existence….

There are no wheeled things in there! Mowers & mixer don’t count.

A garage should be like one of these puzzles

If you can walk straight in you are doing it wrong and don’t have maximum amount of man toys for the man shed. Moving anyone item should require a huge re-jig of the all man toys.

your floor is missing stainage, choose from the following and apply liberally:
    – engine oil
    – paint
    – charcoal
    – brake fluid
    – blood

Trout…. I always thought you had a much bigger garage !!!!

Given what you do , didnt you talk about building a trial landy a bit back ? Did you do the build on your drive ? Id like ti deck out my garage down one side like that but my want to get the land rover in fairly often to work on itduring the cold prohibits perminant structures

i have that top box – but branded as sealey. got it as a graduation present from my dad.

the bottom chest looks better than what ive got – mines the halfords pro 5 drawer – but i only paid 120 quid for it in a sale – halfords stuff is only good value when on sale.

Same single Garage a few years ago with the landy project
99% of the work was done inside due to the bastid next door neighbour.

I seem to need a bigger workshop for these little projects now

sold the trialer and it is still going strong the new owner even tested my welding out with a forward roll

How come my “man cave” has overspill from the house, old cooker, sofa, second freezer etc
No shadow boards in mine all tools locked away since break in

cheers trout – thats what my garage will be like once i finish tearing the body work off my 90.

im planning to keep the look of the 90 with mine – will get all the welding done inside as my neighbours little boy has down syndrome and is noise sensitive, then wheel it back out to do the body work.

Flowers are for the campervan which is now in it’s winter ‘builders van’ mode. Table saw is superb.

Very jealous of the man caves. I’ve just got a three tiny sheds (ex-coal bunker and outside lavvy) crammed full of stuff.

Slightly concerned by the number of bikes with apparently no security though.
Where are the ground anchors, U-locks, and security chains?

number 1 id never put photos of my locks and security on here

number 2 – mines bar the 2 commuter bikes live else where that is easier to secure than the main garage and away from all the powertools/power

Any man cave must have plenty of trip hazards and plenty of pointy sharp things.
