    Does anybody know? Or has anybody bought a replacement and done it themselves?

    They aren’t available (unless something has changed in the last few months).

    mine had a deep gouge out of it. I filled it with nail varnish and sanded it back.

    since then it’s been serviced twice and is still going strong.
