Classified warriors, help out a virgin, I aint not done it before - from Cumbria to hemel hempstead if it makes a difference.

Don't use the cheapest (Hermes) Imo.

I think I managed to post a frame for £11 with Parcel force, obviously this is weight dependent, also you don't need to specify dimensions as long as it's within a very large tolerance.

About 15 with parcel force - just box it up and take it to your local post office. dead easy

personally, had no problems with MyHermes. cheap and mildly cheerful

think it was about £11

I sent one last week with Parcelforce. Dropped into the (local village) post office and delivered tracked, insured, and signed for on the 48hr service for £16.

I've just sent a frame last week by my Hermes with no problems at all.

Cost £10.60 with 350 compensation and signature required.

Ive gad Hermes not turn up to collect and lie about it, but obviously this may be my luck.
