To remove vertical dropouts from a steel frame and replace with track ones.
People are saying it will cost £75, £100 or £120 pounds! Come on it cant be that difficult it must be possible do get it done cheaper.

Anyone know anywhere in Edinburgh can do this? Cost?

If you want it done nicely then it takes 2-3 hours to make some nice dropouts, cut off the old ones, remove the paint and weld the new ones on straight, so £75 doesn't seam too bad. I did mine for free, but they aint too pretty lol.
