    renewing my house insurance –

    3 bed terrace house. Grade 2 listed.
    cover for 2 bikes / wedding etc

    £74 does this seem expensive? should I be paying less?

    Grade 2 will bump it as i assume the rebuild cost is massive

    Yes, highly expensive, try aviva. My father-in-law’s renewal was much the same as yours, £899, we got it for £199 from Aviva. Not sure about the bikes though. Shop around.

    Depends what your getting – am 54quid a month for a 3 bed semi with 2 garages. Home contents and away from hme cover
