Have never tried or bothered with these before, but got some freebies from Wiggle or CRC. And they seem ok / felt like they were giving me a boost.
Also got some of the Zero Extreme/High five tablets.
Worth buying a bigger tub of the energy source to give it a go or what else ?
Any advice input would be great.

High 5 energy source works for me on the road - discount supplements recently had a massive tub on off for £11 so, I did.

I like h5 Source, only use it for longer rides and for races though.
