    I’ve managed to book departing and returning flights from different terminals; American out of T3 and BA into T5. Probably leave the car in the T3 parking – departure more time critical – so need to get from T5 to T3 to catch the car park bus. Any experience of either the Heathrow Express or Underground for doing this? Or is there a better option?

    Heathrow Express best, free, but can take a while.

    Alternatively, if hand baggage only, on arrival at T5, can you follow the flight connections signs to the bus to T3 and then clear customs/immigration there?

    Book meet and greet parking, they will meet you at one and drop off at the other. Usually the same price as parking yourself too.
