Anyone have a good recipe for a healthy, easy to make salad dressing that will keep well in the fridge for a week?

balsamic vinegar, chill sauce garlic and coriander …not for those with a weak constitution.
Trick is to avoid oil if possible in the dressing as that is where the calories lies

There are few things more healthy than olive oil.

Do you want to lose weight, or have a healthy salad dressing ?

i just use a drizzle of sweet chilli dressing.

at the end of the day, is it really that many calories if its only a drizzle? nope

Ernie- I'm just trying to be a bit more healthy in general and do want to lose some weight, I've starred eating a lot better than I used too and seem to have a salad with most meals, just looking for an easy alternative to buying ready made dressings which seems to be packed with all sorts of rubbish- if it'll only take a few mins to knock up something easy and healthy I'd much rather do that.
