Please tell me it gets easier. It is pure hell in pill form

I have in a roundabout way…swapped to prozac first which has a much longer halflife so withdrawal wasnot as bad….trying to stop these meds can be really difficult…how long have you been on seroxat ? Message me if you want more advice

Tryptophan, fish oil and multi-vitamins are a big help.
