    1) He was lifting the front of the bike but the kerb was too high so with a bit of forward momentum and lifting the bars the front tyre was bounced upwards.

    2) As the front wheel suddenly went up, he was forced to lean backwards and was slightly off centre so rotated 180 degrees.

    3) As he leant/fell backwards he automatically tried to extend his legs to brace himself which pushed his feet hard onto the pedals.

    Maybe

Memories of my first ever successful front flip*

*Stick in the front wheel just as I was lifting for a small jump and drop into a bombhole. Full rotation and landed on the wheels before failing to ride it out properly and ending up in a pile by the side of the trail. Still flipped and landed on the wheels so I am claiming it

I thought the same. Brake lights on and all 🙁

If there was someone in the car, they wouldn’t still be pushing the brake pedal by that point.

they wouldn’t still be pushing the brake pedal by that point.

Yeah, they would have definitely had it in reverse, I reckon.

    Love this thread so much.

My 2 takeaways from the recent offerings.

    1) Why on earth hasn’t the humble coke, bottle rocket ever been used in a terrorist attack?

    2) If real, that storm cloud absolutely just dumping a small sea over that lake looks terrifying, utterly terrifying!

All the above said though, my absolute favourite EVER from the thread is still the unfortunate kid trying to surf down the underground escalator with the strategically placed speed bumps that leaves him as a crumpled pile if sh*te at the feet of an old girl just looking on in bemusement.

1000 years from now, that will never be bettered for me.
