Anyone happen to know the length of the spindle from an original single-speed Day One? I don't have access to my crank remover at work to measure it, and I'd like to pick on up on the way home if possible.

Bump for the 'nearly the end of lunchtime' crowd.

68 x 103mm Square Taper should be the ticket.

OK, just in case anyone else ever searches the internets for this info, it's 68 x 116mm.
The closest Shimano do is 68 x 115mm, which should be OK, (1/2mm either end won't hurt). 68 x 103mm would make the chainline miles out on a singlespeed though Alb.
