The most boring thread topic ever, and a bit niche. Sorry.
I recently bought a Ryobi corded electric garden multitool. It was from Amazon Warehouse, and it turned out the parts that turned it into a strimmer (which is why I bought it) were missing. Amazon have now refunded me and left me with the bits and bobs I did have, but I'm left without the actual thing I needed and wanted.
It uses a square drive split-shaft system, apparently compatible with Ryobi's 'Expand It' range. I presume that means that it should work with other Expand It attachments, but most say only compatible with the petrol power heads.
Does anyone know if its' compatible with the petrol attachments, or "universal" square drive multitool attachments?
No worries if not, I can always buy something else but I don't want to just chuck the remaining serviceable bits if I don't have to.
